Diary of a Wimpy Kid is certainly one of the funniest books I have read. It is made up mostly of writing and pictures - therefore I don't recommend it to be used as an everyday reading book but if you are ever bored or are in need of a laugh I would recommend reading this book. Greg, the main character, is the person telling the story, he tells you all about how he gets on in school at home. In every book there is a plot filled with jokes about Greg's life whether it's about his friends, his family or even his next door neighbours you will always find yourself laughing by the time you have finished the book.
