I enjoyed the book as it had a lot of emotion. However all the emotions are sad.For example her mother moves away, her dad loses his job, she breaks up with her best friend and the chip van sets on fire while she and her dad are inside - luckily they survive. I enjoyed this book and it was realistic. I would recommed this book for 11-15 year olds. I guarantee if you read this book you will feel like you're living her life just like I did.
