This novel is about a boy who goes to a boarding school
in Alabama and he is counting down to a tragedy that is going to
occur in a couple of months. After it happens he talks about what has
happened and tries to solve how and why it happened. Miles is the narrator in the book and Alaska
is Miles' love interest and she is also one of the people who is involved in the
tragedy that takes place. I like this book because it always surprises you and
you never know what to expect next and when something does happen, it’s something you wouldn’t have expected and also
it’s interesting to read because there is lots of detail and everything is
described so well that you can imagine it clearly.
